NYC COMIC CON!

If you know me, then you NYCC is one of my favorite times of the year! It's great to get to see a lot of my friends and meet people who have similar interests. I got a chance to play some of the games coming out this year and to also watch some panels.

I lucked out and was able to grab a seat for the Carrie remake panel. It actually looks really great. I'm one of those people who stands by the originial, ESPECIALLY a Stephen King classic like Carrie. But they updated it for modern times and it touches on the topic of the type of bullying that happens nowadays. I think it's great that they are bringing it up. The new Evil Dead looks terrifying. Another remake that I was nervous about! My friends and I also got a chance to see the Walking Dead panel where the cast talked about the upcoming season. The audience went nuts at the new trailer. Oh, awesome surprise: Chris Hardwick hosted two of those panels!

I picked up some Coheed swag at the Evil Ink booth - pretty stoked on my limited edition Prize Fighter EP!
